A. Yes, if you adhere to the rules and never give out personal information. We recommend exchanging messages for a few weeks before giving out further contact details such as social media or phone numbers (never your home address). If you have been talking for a while and have reached the stage where you wish to meet, always let friends and family know. Always meet in a public place and take a Wali or friend with you - this will also ensure the meeting remains Halal.

Q. How Old Do I have to Be to Sign Up?

A. All users must be above the age of 18 to register. Users under the age of 18 will be strictly deleted.

Jason Park will be Closed Starting February 8, 2021 🚧

The north side of Jason Park will be closed starting February 8 for turf restoration. Depending on weather conditions, Parks staff expects the park will reopen no later than the end of May.

Why is this happening? Above normal temperatures and below normal precipitation along with increased park usage has put additional stress on the park. Doing turf restoration will ensure that Jason Park will be nice and green for years to come!

Where can you go off-leash with your doggo in the meantime? Duncan Park, Centennial Park, Northwest Greenbelt and Canine Corral provide off-leash dog privileges and can be used until the grass at Jason Park recovers.

For more information, please call 303-762-2684.

SAFETY STOP RULE 🚴‍♀️

The City of Englewood has a new rule for cyclists, known as the “Safety Stop.” Bicyclists will be allowed to treat stop signs as yield signs and traffic signals as stop signs. How? Unlike driving a car, a cyclist has a better perspective of traffic surroundings. In Idaho, the bike law passing is thought to have decreased bicycle-vehicle collisions by 14%.
